The more I think about it, the more Terror (Disgust) sounds like your best bet. The Fright Check table shouldn't be hard to modify. For example, just replace the "Stunned for X seconds" with "Nauseated for X*3 seconds" (Nausea isn't incapacitating, so a longer duration makes sense). Sprinkle in a few more Retching results, add Choking or Seizure in place of things like Faint or Panic, etc.
