I've reduced all X enters Y hex variations to one rule for rats, slimes, goblins, dragons, goo, and other icky creatures.
https://www.hcobb.com/tft/house_rules.html#HTH How do you handle all of these cases?

With the "Evade" option you list, what happens if there is no empty adjacent hex into which to retreat?

If you are going to the trouble to create a house rule, you might as well add a bit to it provide for a situation that is likely to occur, n'est-ce pas?
