UK Shipping?

I was trying to buy some physical product from Warehouse 23 and the UK doesn’t feature on the country list. Is that correct or a mistake?

The Shipping Information page on the Warehouse 23 site says this:

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship products from our store worldwide. Please note that any taxes or customs fees are exclusively your responsibility, and these fees will be determined when the shipment arrives in your country. We also cannot guarantee that an order will not be confiscated or rejected by your country's customs.

*At this time, due to Brexit and the new regulations put in place by the UK government, we cannot process orders from the UK and we have blocked physical orders from being completed.

Until (if?) SJG overcome this, I recommend taking a look at one of the US shipping services such as https://www.myus.com/ who provide you with a US address to ship to and then reship to your address pretty much anywhere in the world. Shipping rates are decent (and multiple options exist for speed/price/etc.).

I'm not affiliated with them in any way - just an honest recommendation.

Thanks; I did search the ‘new’ Warehouse23 site FAQ for ‘UK Shipping’ and didn’t get that. A search for ‘Brexit’ gets no results.

I’ve raised a ticket and we’ll see what they say.
