This looks like a good spot for an "audit" of your characters and their encumbrance.

Can everyone clarify;
what loot is in the cart?
who is keeping an eye on the prisoners?
who is watching the ceiling?
what equipment and encumbrance is your character carrying on their person?
who is watching the party's backs?

Bain’s encumbrance level is “none”. He is wearing his armor and its complimentary equipment; his bow is ready. He is carrying his navigation/survival tools (including a periscope) and his arrows. Bain is watching everywhere, this includes all directions, such as the ceiling and the rear.

We should be marching in the previously-agreed tactical formation.
Gathika and Vic should be watching the prisoners.

In the cart he has a bag with other tools, such as extra arrows, a pickaxe, tongs, personal basics and rations. Observing the notes about the other players and the cart (this is not an exhaustive list):

Gathika has a backpack alchemy lab, block & tackle, rope, iron spikes, a wax tablet, personal basics and her tome. AFAIK, she is not encumbered, "just" bought a holy symbol and a healer's kit.
Telrith's encumbrance level is at least "medium". AFAIK, he bought mana-restoring potions and did not make use of the cart (I believe he has his personal basics in it).
Vicious left his improvised spear in the cart, as well as his personal basics. AFAIK, he is not encumbered.
We also have about 300 rations, plus the food Vic found.

Regarding the loot, in my notes I have:

Zombies (6):

Two axes.
Two maces.
Two swords.
Six shields.

Bandits (4):

Four small-swords.
Four sets of cloth armor.
Two crossbows.
Two quivers of 10 bolts in total.
And bundles of coins worth $47.

From my reading of the battle, the weapons were not cheap.

And then we have:

The papers from the secret passage.
The loot from the locked room.

Regarding the stuff in the cart, at least the light (and not bulky) stuff should be in it: Weapons, the papers, the gold and the respective locked room's loot (plus the party’s stuff).

Yeah, that all sounds correct, thank you.

BTW, the papers were found on Lionel, not in the secret passage. The tunnels under the trapdoor were empty, from what your conjured servant saw. Lionel also had a purse/small bag of coins.

Telrith is indeed mediumly encumbered.

He has two axes that sometimes end up in the cart, but right now bushy and slateman have them.

Bushy and Slateman will have been watching the entrance and the doors behind us.

The prisoners are dead, by the actions of two PCs, yes? Can't say I'm enjoying the bloodthirstiness of this group.

Telrith has his armor, his shield, his axe, and 4 vials of Paut. He's probably watching the party's back while occasionally looking back to make sure they are getting all of the loot.


In a different thread you described this group as 150 point characters. Did I miss something? Telrith was built on 125 points.

I think Lionel and the woman have just been blinded, maimed and hurt badly. They're still alive.

As for the points, I was mistaken. 125 points is the right amount, not counting the bonus points earned.
