I assume you mean "differences from last year's campaign"? Nothing much in the content department, words or art. Contracting, editing, production, and reviews were all more much streamlined (because "creating 12 simultaneous GURPS supplements," even small ones, isn't something we ever did before last year), and we've learned lessons about Kickstarter that'll probably make the campaign and delivery run more smoothly.

Mostly the "doing 12 things at once" part, though. There's just one full-time GURPS editor (me), and two other staff members who have some time to work on the PDFs despite the heap of other things on their desks (Nikki & Steven). Making all 12 arrive at once with correct rules and stats, enjoyable prose, checked facts, proper style and formatting, clean layout, attractive art, and no administrative glitches (like missing contracts or bad stock numbers) is a neat trick.

Particularly with some authors trying out ideas requiring novel formats leading to non-trivial revisions and odd contractual structures.
