Happy Birthday....your welcome. If you look at the history of elvis he collected guns and learned karate.

Not a strecth...besides he has a delusion he is elvis....he might be him he might not...he looks like him....he talks like him...he has his mannerisms...maybe he is him? :P

That is all you know...he claims he was frozen by the us government to be a special agent to fight crime...he wears his drug enforcement badge he got from Nixon.

Also I dont consider my character completed yet until I hear back about whether quirks is included in the disadvantage limit or if they are in addition to.
