Default Costs Fatigue 4 vs Corrupting

B111 if I pay 4 FP to activate an ability...

or H22 I pay 20% base CP cost of ability in corruption... (1 at 1-9, 2 at 10-14, 3 at 15-19, 4 at 20-24, 5 at 25-29, etc)

This has the same value as a limitation.

If using H147 the "Corrupt magus" could just use Lend Energy to restore FP by taking on equal corruption...

So for abilities with a base cost of 20 or higher, it seems like Costs FP is more efficient, since then you could still pay with corruption with an extra step.
