What I was thinking is the blackhole would have a gravitational field obviously that would draw things into it. At the center of it is of course the backhole that destroys everything that touches it.

The character would be able to manifest these micro-blackholes at range.

Maybe something like persistant TK with 16 yd area affect, emanating or dissapating, attraction only. Then link it to a cosmic innate attack with persistant area affect.



Also what would be the point cast for an infinite armor divisor like the one for the graviton beams from ultra-tech?

I think I like the mass affecting enhancement. I just need to find it in the book I guess.

I am still trying to figure out in game mechanics how to produce the area affect gravitational pull. Should I use emantation or dissapation?

GURPS Power Ups 4: p21 in the box under new Affliction Enhancements.
As for the other Dissapation probably fits better but its up to you really.
