How much you can carry is not at all close to how much force your muscles can actually produce, lifting 20 pounds is going to involve several muscles producing 200+ pounds of force.

Why are you arguing this? Seriously.

I never made this assumption, So for you to try and argue against it makes it seem like you just want to argue.

I am done. No point in continuing this thread. The OPs questions were answered already.

Arnie would have ST 13-15 plus some Lifting ST.

Arnie's Character in Commando would have ST 20+

Done. No need to comment further.
