This beautiful vehicle still needs the single-barrel projectile weapon on the right and the Minigun-type projectile weapon on the left, however this restored Mega Destroyer is perfect.

Restored film used dune buggy from 1982 movie MegaForce.

The Mega Destroyer was produced as two Hot Wheels miniatures, and has been reprinted under different model names and color themes since 1982.

The 5.56mm M4A1 Assault Rifle will be replaced with a rifle that uses 6.8mm ammunition.

The 5.56mm M249 Squad Automatic Weapon (SAW) Light Machine Gun will be replaced with an automatic weapon that uses 6.8mm ammunition.

This photo reminds me of an overturned tractor-trailer counter printed for Car Wars. I cannot remember if it was included in Car Wars Deluxe Edition, Dueltrack, or a Car Wars Deluxe Road Sections set.
