Default Crab Pincer

How would you model a crab pincer, that grabs on to something and squeezes, yet has a cutting internal edge? I'm thinking of linking Constriction and Claws (Sharp) (for the cutting damage). Anyone has any better idea?

This post by P. Kitty seems helpful (the entire thread is basically about giant enemy crabs so there's a lot of discussion of crab pincers or crab claws.)

Basically, it's an arm, with regular old claws. Crabs are Hamfisted (terribly so) so that mostly trashes fine manipulation but leaves power grips.

I would buy Claws and hamfisted as Bruno mentions, but include a 0 point feature 'crab claws' to really sell the point on top of the combination so that I can look back at the character sheet years from now and go "oh yeaaah."
