Crash with Dwarf Template

When loading the Dwarf Template from Dungeon Fantasy 3, we get this error.

I have confirmed it happening on two computers. I have also tried it in a library with only Characters, DF1 and DF3.

My friend who found the error just came back with:

Note the missing quotes in the message clause

Additionally:
This appears to be the offending line:
"PE:Feature: Armor isn't interchangeable with human armor.",_
None of the other races with features try to add them as a Perk. When I remove this line the template works

(He's an engineer, I'm an idiot of the highest order.)

So that I can fix it properly, is that supposed to be a 1-point perk or a 0-point feature?

Oh, I see that it is also listed as a feature normally, so I'll just remove the incorrect line and then check that the template works after that.

I have pushed the update, along with Phil's Transhuman Space updates from last week, so you can get the updated file now from Check for Updates.
