Default Kicking in High Heels

Would you allow a Technique to change cr damage to pi (+?) if done with a shoe with stiletto heels? You'd have to kick at a strange angle - some kind of horizontal stomp, but could it be done?

I'd probably call it a cinematic perk, and allow doing Imp if you have shoes specially made for the purpose, sounds like a perfectly fine James Bond villain.

The stamp kick is an already defined technique in Martial Arts. And there are two relevant perks: High-Heeled Heroine is Sure-Footed while wearing heels; Razor Kicks can combine with High-Heeled Heroine as High-Heeled Hurt to allow thrust-1 large piercing damage.

So pretty much yes.

There's also Cowpoker perk in Action 3: "You can kick with pointy-toed boots (use the reinforced boots on p. 31 of Heroes) for thrust-1 piercing damage, plus unarmed skill bonuses."

Sorry for the drive by post, but someone did do a "GURPS High Heels" page which might be relevant. But I think it is 3E.

(Haven't read the thread or the page really.)

It's classic 3E skill bloat, from a quick read.

All 3 forms of piercing (small/medium/large) do a minimum of 1 damage right? This seems like a really good option for low-ST guys who might often do 0 damage.

Sorry for assisting in the Necromancy, but this does exist in Power-Ups 2. It's "High-Heeled Hurt," and is on page 7.

Note incidentally that this is really a cinematic switch perk. It would be perfectly acceptable to have a comic book setting where "high-heels are no impediment to a woman's ability to fight and move" is simply one of the cinematic rules.

Actually, "High-Heeled Hurt" is different than "High-Heeled Heroine", which is what I suspect you're thinking of. High-Heeled Heroine lets you move about in high heels without any issues, and I agree that in a suitably cinematic universe, it's not necessary. High-Heeled Hurt, however, lets you do piercing damage with kicks in high heels, and I'd probably not make it a universal setting thing - I can't really think of any setting where people wearing high heels are just automatically assumed to be more dangerous when kicking.
