It doesn't seem that there are nearly enough publications advertising what manufacturers and models are best represented on the grey and black market of misleading or fake end-user certificates, reported lost or stolen ordnance, etc.

Basically, what are the hot new weapons that are being bought by the most corrupt 100 states on Earth, are being transshipped through ports where even military equipment might plausibly go 'missing' or are being sold by parties that are especially susceptible to bribery and chicanery?

Without much research, I'm going to guess that export versions of Chinese or Russian hardware will turn up quite a lot here. There will also be some copies of hardware designed elsewhere, but made in exotic places that I wouldn't have thought of.

Does anyone know of such gear?

What are special operations personnel and their support vehicles sporting in various African countries? What nations and companies are selling machine guns and other ordnance to Caribbean and Latin American nations?

The Glock 30, Glock 30 SF and Glock 30S are not in High-Tech, at least as far as I can recall (I'm away from my books).

In any case, the size, length and, crucially, sight radius, is closer to the Glock 19 and Glock 22 than the Acc 1, Bulk -1 subcompact Glock models like Glock 26 and Glock 27. In fact, the difference in sight radius is about 1/10th of an inch, while the subcompact versions have a sight radius almost half an inch shorter.

Does the Glock 30 (the models vary in thickness and grip size, but all have the same sight radius) have Acc 2 or Acc 1?

Incidental aside, how does the nefarious Charles Ewert and Jacques Pêcheur, his French mercenary hireling, who tried to murder Gaston Glock not have Wikipedia pages or some convenient way to research their background in an attempt to link them to occult power groups? I can't even find a reliable news report in English where it is specified what the original nationality of 'Panama Charly', a.k.a. Charles Ewert, is. Just that he was 'based in Luxembourg', used Panama based lawyers and contacts extensively for the purposes of hiding money in offshore tax havens and that he apparently knew a French mercenary and hit man who was old enough to have fought all around the world in the heyday of post-colonial mercenary wars. That sort of thing happens in movies, and roleplaying games, but very rarely in reality.

Well, the surname can mean 'sinner', 'fisherman' or 'angler'. Don't know why French uses the same word for sinners and fishermen, but perhaps they're really serious about the venial sin of lying about 'the one that got away'.

All three meanings are associated with Christianity, with J-Zizzle always sending men off to sin no more and promising to make his disciples into fishers/anglers of men. The double betrayal of Glock by his 'disciple' Ewert is suggestive either of Judas, of course (from method to motive, it all fits), or of Peter, who was a fisherman, though in that case, the third denial is missing. Fortunately, the divorce proceedings by Helga Glock and the allegations that Ewert hid millions in tax havens allows scope for a third denial... unless, of course, we want to claim that Ewert's wild accusations made in prison count as the denials.

Any time one hears 'fisher' in an occult or conspirational context, it recalls the Grail and the Fisher King, of course.

I'm afraid the significance of the wrestler's build escapes me, though Peter was, by all accounts, a powerful man.

These aren't so much guns for hunting monsters as they are guns that the 'monsters' are carrying, but it's tangentially related and a new thread seems uncalled for when it's something so minor.

Anyway, six cultists are traveling to the US for a significant ritual. They set this up in advance and although many of their preparations have been invalidated due to PC action, they'll still manage to pick up the firearms, knives and other tactical gear that their logistics support arranged for them.

The guns are bought at various Texas gun shows through June to November 2018, with cash from private sellers to avoid federal background checks. Because the cultists will not have time to visit a firing range and familiarize themselves with their weapons, they need to be weapons they are already familiar with.

All six have some basic familiarity with firearms, either from military service, police work or less official channels. The following are the types they are familiar with:

So, what are common models of firearms that could be found for sale at Texas gun shows that they would be familiar with?

They don't all have to be the same weapon, in fact, they probably will not be. I imagine that some will be revolvers and others might be some variety of CZ 75 or CZ 75-clones. What are the most common pistols that are close enough to a CZ 75 to fall under that familiarity that you might find at Texas gun shows?

If practical, it would be nice if the weapons purchased were easily concealable, as long as they still fall under the same familiarity. Are CZ 75 Compact pistols likely to be commonly available as second-hand guns at gun shows in Texas?

As an aside, it's two separate words :)

pêcheur - with a "ê" (^ meaning it was originally pescheur), from lat. piscari, is a fisherman.

pécheur with a "é", from lat. peccator, is a sinner.
