Yes, I'd go with something like:

IQ

21+: Beyond Human
17-20: Bat-God*, Doc Savage, Sherlock Holmes etc.
16: Peak Real world human, extremely rare (Maybe Unusual Background), e.g. Leonardo Da Vinci
15 or less: Real world humans

*Nolan's Batman would be in the 15 or less range.
