Re: Can we get a book all about Metatronic Generators?
Thanks, everyone. This thread fills me with joy and light. :-)
I know there are plenty of others who'd love to see this and so would I. We'll see what's what hopefully. But keep on posting if you'd like to see a metatronic generators book. I know I'd love to write it. I have a lot of ideas on mechanical stuff, but even more on fluffy stuff - like the how and way of divergent technologies like steampunk, magitech, etc. and how they fit in a campaign world and how to fit the generators into them. So please, let your voice be heard. Tell 'em what you want and then I'll do my best to deliver it if I get a go ahead.

Quote:
This is the part that sticks out the most to me about metatronic generators. I wasn't very high on them until I noticed that I was running a campaign that used them, but under the guise of an item-based magic system with some strong limitations for TL1 ... and I hadn't used the article. Making them useful for all sorts of campaigns, and perhaps freeing them from their electro-psionic high tech origins would be awesome... though they're starting to lean that way.

Generalizing it would be part of the plan, yes. :-)

Re: Can we get a book all about Metatronic Generators?
My Psi-Wars setting pretty extensively uses Psychotronics, which is just the prototype for Metatronics. I regularly use various Metatronics pyramid articles to help guide me further. I would absolutely buy a supplement that bundled them together and expanded the concept.

I'm working on a campaign at the moment where an expansion of the original Pyramid article could be really useful.

I would absolutely buy this, it's a must have for supers games, and fits in well with many other games.
Among other things magic Metatronic Generators are the missing link to give RPM enchanted items.

Metatronic for fantasy campaigns would be cool. I would probably buy it
