Rockets are cheap which somewhat balances the inordinate weight, space and inaccuracy but not nearly cheap enough.

Given the MML is one space and consists of 10 x 1d rockets each weighing 2.5lb and only costing $20, each you could have easily made light rockets a full dice damage, weigh 5lb and cost $50 and take up 1/5 a space each. The extra cost and weight of the launcher gives you +1 to hit, allows sustained fire, halves the cost and weight and space of the rockets as munitions (since they are in a magazine and don't need their own traverse mechanism etc).

You could extend the logic to the RL for the medium and then extrapolate for the heavy rocket.

And don't get me started on the LAWs...
