Default Melee Attack (Str-based) with Brawling and/or Claws

When creating an innate attack that builds on a characters existing STR, do the +1 per die benefit of Blunt Claws or Brawling at DX+2 apply to the damage? Do both bonuses stack if a character has both?

No on the Claws. Those are just a weapon (built-in, in this case) and are superseded by the Innate Attack. I'm not as certain on the Brawling bonus, but I think that's also a "no". Power-Ups 4 discusses the ST-Based modifier extensively, and makes no mention (that I see) of skill bonuses. Attack options (like All-Out Attack, Mighty Blow, Power Blow etc) can be used, though they apply only to the ST-based portion of the damage.

Innate Attack ST-Based Damage stacking with Claws Damage Bonus: No.
Innate Attack ST-Based Damage stacking with Skill Damage Bonus: The rules themselves don't say. I'd default to 'no' absent a cosmic enhancement specifying otherwise.

Claws Damage Bonus stacking with Skill Damage Bonus: Yes.
