The "Ring of Desire" card says that it is able to cancel a curse, however, despite the "Wandering Monster" card being green in color (a color normally assigned to curses) it does not have the word "Curse" written on the top of the card. Letter.
In this way, cards with the green diamond are all considered a curse, being it possible to cancel the wandering monster with the ring of desire, for example, or, only cards with the writing "CURSE" at the top of the card suffer actions from the ring of desire?

The original version of the game doesn't have those colours, they were added by Edge for their european printing of the game, and are meaningless.

As you said, the "Wishing Ring" can't cancel Wandering Monster because it's not a Curse!
