Default Should "different appearance when using Growth" cost any points?

I've been bouncing around between it being a perk and free.

For context, I'm building a super that's basically a mega-light version of the Hulk (250 points). He still looks human when grown (no change in Appearance level, so I'm not sure if it should cost a point to have a different face. It basically seems like the Masked perk from Supers, but worse.

I guess the Masked perk is ok, its designed to represent Superman vs. Clark Kent. I do think it needs to cost something.

If it helps protect his secret identity (and he cares about that), then it's at least worth 1 point.

More generally, being able to assume a disguise that automatically succeeds without needing a Disguise roll is clearly worth something. Being limited to one specific alternative appearance means it's well short of Morph, but still. I generally charge a perk for this sort of thing, whether it's a specific face or something else - change your sex, instantly rearrange, cut or lengthen your hair, switch an obvious anatomical feature on off.... If it's enough of a change people who don't know you can do this can be looking for one form, see you in the other, and think "that's not him" it's a perk.

As an upper bound, Elastic Skin, -80% "One Face Only", would be 4 points. (Because you can't by RAW drive the value lower even if you specify other Limitations in the concept like "Only while Grown" and "Always While Grown".)

A Perk seems appropriate to me. The price is close, and there's no need to fiddle with the build details just to see if it comes out a point different.

I think this is the first thread I've seen where everyone agrees on something.
And I also think a perk is the way to go.
