Gunslinger and insane levels of Luck, plus Off-Hand Weapon Training (Pistols) and Guns (Pistols)-18, to start with. High DX and Dodge is appropriate as well. I'd almost wager that he's also got the Extra Options (Cinematic Flesh Wounds) Perk.

Captain... either Military Rank 4, or Courtesy Rank (Military) 4, depending on whether he was active duty or not at the time.

...If most of them were dead, how'd they know where they all came from?

Very cool, though!

Back in those days everyone had their national flag tattooed on them. TrueFact™

Only if you want him to be able to reliably do that. You could say that he just rolled well and the GM was having a bunch of crappy rolls.

Luck
Destiny
Daredevil
Jinx level 3
Ambidexterity
Guns, Pistol (17)
Knife - 15
Intimidation - 15
*DR 25 (Ablative; special effect, makes it a 'near miss') <granted by use of destiny, not a native trait>

Spend every turn doing all out attacks, two attacks. Jinx reduces both ally and foe skill by 3, destiny increases skill in situations where 'it counts' (like avoiding death so that you can meet your later destiny) AND winning this fight is his destiny, which will use destiny at some point but give a great benefit, daredevil gives +1 to skill when doing things like, taking all out attacks when outnumbered with all out attacks every turn. DR 25 makes some of the inevitable hits into 'near misses' once destiny. A successful intimidation roll convinces foes to run, or be less accurate as they fear him.

He will really only be able to do this once, since he will from this point on he will no longer have a destiny, and therefore not have it be able to 'activate' into 25 points of ablative DR, but he'll still be a tough fighter with a suicidal streak that works in his favor most of the time, promising to be a short lived but memorable individual.

It's interesting to see the advantage versus stats builds that folks come up with, but damn, man! What a sight that had to be.
