Re: How would Krampus Blac?k Peter & Mrs clause fit into etherial society?
I'm not certain I understand the question. And I admit while I've played In Nomine, I am far from an expert on the game.
But traditionally, Krampus punished "bad" children on December 5th, and St. Nicolas rewarded "good" children on December 6th. They effectively worked as a team. Mrs. Santa Claus, and to some extent Black Peter, are largely products of the mid 19th century. The origin of Zwarte Piet aka "Black Peter" is hard to pin down. The character may be based on earlier demons, but apparently wasn't well developed until the mid 19th century. Either character could be viewed as Santa's assistant. Although, if you go by How Mrs. Santa Claus Saved Christmas or The Year Without a Santa Claus, Mrs. Claus is even more important. For related characters, you might look at Père Fouettard or Belsnickel.

I think any Santa-adjacent Ethereals are enough of a threat to Essesnce that the Santa-guild would club them like a baby seal.
