Default Use of Transferal Potion to Win

If I use the potion to steal a monster away from another player (cleric, also level 9) and beat it for the win, do they still loot the room (in hopes of getting divine intervention) or is the game over since I hit level 10?

Just had a big dispute about this. Card says original player may loot the room as normal but doesn't specify for after a win. Cleric in question thinks that they should still get their full turn in hopes of a tie game win.

Rules state game ends immediately after combat has ended that gives the winning level. Other players do not have the chance to do anything after combat has ended. Since the potion does not specify what to do in case of a win, it does not override this rule.
