Anyhow, there are at least two thousand known alien races in the galaxy. I'm pretty sure at least half of those are simply different colored or funny makeup humans. I counted a total of 126 alien races in the original and prequel trilogies, and about 30 more in the '78 Holiday Special (including some favorites such as Cathar and Dashade); I haven't counted Clone Wars, Rebels, Resistance, Rogue One, Solo, The Mandalorian, the sequel trilogy, or the D-canon comics and novels yet. What aliens would come to mind that are not the usual suspects in your game?

Have you looked at the Alien Anthology for the d20 RPG? Somewhere in the ballpark of 180 in there.
