Put points in Ritual Magic (Books), a Book skill (need a list of example Books?), Magery, and set aside points for Ritual Techniques. If you want to use this system.
Magery adds to Ritual Magic and Book skills.
A lot of Books are in many different Languages, but your current known Languages are fine. There are Books in English, for example.

Preparing a place only takes time. The rules specify, if memory serves.

A person with Amnesia would not know their own True Name, no. Just a +0, sadly.

A +0 would take only time and basic drawing work. Getting +1 to +3 takes money, from about $100 to $500.

Ok, looks like we still need one of muscle or magic, whichever TGLS doesn’t end up doing, yes? (I favor RPM as a magic system if I'm making us a witch)

No. I was not really sure if you wanted to join, and you didn’t give me a strong character concept to base something on.

I think we have a NPC Ally who’s a tough guy. One of the characters being created right now is a mage. One more of either is fine.
