Default God-like Extra Effort as an advantage

Basically I'm wondering how much it should cost to be able to use God-like Extra Effort on mundane tasks when it's not a campaign feature?

Context: It's part of one characters power set that he can use God-like Extra Effort on mundane tasks (tasks where normal Extra-Effort rules apply). But I'm worried the "Extra Option" perk is too cheep for the effectiveness this gives. I want him to have this option and for other players not to, but I want him to have to pay a reasonable amount of character points for that capacity.

Extra Option is basically just a 1-point Unusual Background, so if 1 point is too cheap, try a 5 or 10-point UB.

But personally I would just stick with Extra Option.

How much are you willing to pay for this? I mean, Ultrapower [40] lets you do some crazy stuff, if you don't mind the FP cost...

It's not. If you restrict it to a specific group of tasks - like you've done. There is a RAW example of this in my article "Mind and Body" called Psychic Fortitude (see p. 16). I've used it for years in my campaigns. It won't overshadow or cause issues as its limited by FP. At least that's what I've found in my game.
