Default Critique Needed for Racial Templates

Hey all, I'm currently working on making a Gurps campaign. I have a setting written up, and am working on statting everything out. I went ahead and made these two racial templates, and would like some critique and general advice regarding them, especially regarding balance as I am still fairly new to the system.

What is "the miasma?" That -5HT penalty for that on the Min template might be too harsh, depending on what that is, and how frequently it occurs.

Miasma is like a heavy polluted air. So serious HT penalties are legitimate. It would need to be play-tested to see if -5 is too much though.

The Miasma is a dense gas found throughout the in universe world. It dominates many sections of the game world and being in it basically operates like a slow suffocation, or full suffocation in dense miasma. It can also give you temporary pneumonia if you arent holding your breath. It's not something you can really run into by accident though.

Well, if you can't land in it by accident, I'd say -5HT is fine then. It was the only potential problem area I saw.
