KROMM Resides within Canada, and therefore that makes Egypt part of Canada.

Naturally enough, KROMM is without borders.

And he went before Jack Chick and said "Let my people go!" But Jack Chick would not obey, and so there was a rain of dice upon the land...

The ten plagues of Canada?

I know their health care system is one, moose are another, that peculiar speech impediment where they say "aboot" all the time must be one; but what are the others?

Well, there's the darkness 24 hours a day. At least in winter. In the North. And apparently some fall-out hit Iceland.

. . . where just about nobody lives. :) I don't think that most Canadians are even aware of that consequence of planetary motion, much less subjected to it.

Our main plagues are a culture of handouts to special-interest groups, federal governments that are afraid to revoke the unpopular legislation of previous administrations, high federal income tax, high provincial income tax, high sales taxes, non-proportional representation, ridiculous barriers to immigration, ridiculous restrictions on perfectly qualified immigrant professionals working in their field, runaway regionalism that prevents a unified front on anything, and snow. Also, we seem to give away our best hockey players to U.S. teams.

Personally, I think that when it happens in May at my latitude, it's not merely a curse, but an overpowered, area-effect, munchkinesque curse.

Merrily cavorting past the Rule of 16 with nary a backward glance, too.

Well, I still don't think it's a curse. But in the name of KROMM it shall be so.
