This is labelled both as an Armor and a 1-Handed item.
But does it really is also a 1-Handed item (for all the relevant effects) or should it instead be considered simply as an Armor that makes one hand slot unavailable for other uses?

I would guess you should treat it as both Armor and 1-Handed, so it takes both the armor slot and one hand slot. I am not sure what other effects you are asking about.

I believe he is referring to any card that would affect 1-handed items would also affect the sweater.

But I agree with Brf. It should be treated as Armor and a 1-handed item since that is what the card is categorized as. If it was intended to be just Armor that reduced the number of weapons you can hold, then it wouldn't have the 1-hand symbol. The text about using one hand to scratch would just be flavor text imo.

But then again this expansion was designed and made by USopoly...
