Shapeshifting pt cost?
So when buying the were advantage multiple times it says the cost is 15pts +1/4 the cost the template exceeds the base cost.
This seems to give an extreme pt. break for were's that can assume multiple forms. Is this intentional? |

You seem to be talking about something from 3e, probably, but...it seems quite likely intentional, yes.

Yes, with 4e, the most powerful alternate form is 15 points plus 90% of template cost difference and each additional alternate form is 15 points.

Re: Shapeshifting pt cost?
Where are you seeing these rules? Is this from a GURPS 3rd edition book? IIRC, back in the third ed. era GURPS had no less than 3 sets of shape shifting rules (and probably more).
