I have heard it whispered that Rex Grossman once tried to play an RPG game. He was unable to figure out the concept of a game where no one would win and became an Adversarial Player, vexing his GM terribly.

This angered KROMM. His Fury and Vengeance were revealed yesterday.

All hail KROMM.

Or have they chosen other Game Designers from the Earth who raise the dead conventions of gaming and create monstrosities such as F.A.T.A.L. from their rotting carcasses?

If there were therein gods beside KROMM, then verily both (Quebec and the Earth) had been disordered. Glorified be KROMM, the Lord of the Throne, from all that they ascribe unto Him.

He will not be questioned as to that which He doeth, but they will be questioned.

I acknowledge KROMM only as the Prophet of STEVE JACKSON, High Lord of GURPS, defeater of F.A.T.A.L. so I don't see any need to acknowledge Icelander as more than a high priest, along the lines of Thulsa Doom.

KROMM is a god of the SJGames Holy Pantheon, of which STEVE JACKSON is the Chief Deity. KROMM is the HOLY TROUBLESHOOTER and therefore chief among the Gods which STEVE JACKSON commands.

I still frown upon your intended prophetization of a lawyer. The problem is, if Our Lord frowns upon rules lawyers, which are a special subspecies of munchkin, there should be at least a slight dislike of lawyers.

By this logic, Our Lord KROMM should dislike rules as well. We know this not to be true and are thus forced to conclude that your logic is flawed.

And incidentally, munchkins and rules lawyers are not the same species (although they may be able to interbreed, the resulting offspring would probably be sterile). And munchkins enjoy the favour of KROMM.

It is Adversarial Players that he detests, not players who delight in high-powered adventures. Such Adversarial Players are often Rules Lawyers; but care must be taken not to fall into the fallacy of assuming that all Rules Lawyers are Adversarial Players.
