Toe Shoes card, what is the first time?

A seal is opened when someone puts the shoes on for the first time. Got shoes from a dead friend, should I open a seal? It’s the first time I put on the shoes, but shoes are second hand :)

First time means first time the character has equipped the item. Keeping track of items used by other players would be a lot more bookkeeping than Munchkin intended.

Agree. It was the seventh seal, believe I have won the game despite a desperate team play against me, but there is no consent, and I have no friends anymore :D
