Very unlikely. Someone offer him a hand, he has to do two characters tonight and tomorrow night.

There is sufficient empirical evidence on the ability of humans to sense hostile observation even without audible clues for Field Manuals to teach one to avoid staring at the sentry during sentry removal. I suspect that this represents him picking up on various subconscious clues in the changing rhytm of the tiny environmental stimuli that are too weak to register in our conscius brain, but the effects are real even though the mechanism is different than him sensing your gaze.

You can restrict its workings to cases where there really are some clues, however subtle, to detect and still retain the cost (it would still be useful enough). Or you can decide that it's too exotic for you, and I'll drop it from the suggestion list.

One could argue that Luck represents equally subtle but material factors of subconscious awareness and he's already banned that.

One could.

And if he wants to remove it from the suggestions, I will. It's not listed as Exotic and I personally consider it realistic enough for all games I've been in, so I included it, but I have no trouble removing it at just a nod from the Hat.

Suggesting that a significant number of sentries have a fifteen-point advantage? I'm more inclined to think that the field-grade officers who write manuals are more cautious than scientific when it comes to standards of proof.

Consider the Hat nodded.

Indeed.

Doing so now.

Unavailable in the campaign, then? So I'll remove it from NI lists as well?
