That's pretty solid. I am a little unsure about the minimal guns training, and I'm still figuring out improved confuse. The target block seems to be transport, but that would be good to confirm. You also didn't describe a world to be from. Knot tying is weird, but whatever.

I think the game looks like a lot of fun but I'm to exhausted to try and make up a character to fit these specific requirements at the moment

If a character is all that is keeping you we've got a dropped player and I made three "test" characters back when it looked like the game wouldn't happen. Shooter-mind control, sneak-precog, and face-tk.

If no character is the biggest obstacle. I can understand if it's only the first of many.

Improved Confuse: Like Confuse from Psionic Powers, but it works on electrical machines (figuring the percentage cost based on the confuse technique) and causes Daze instead of Stun.

Block is transport. I guess automobile is the right specialty for the forklifts. No necessary skill for elevator operation?

Knot-tying was copied from the infiltrator template (along with many of the other skills).

Oh, I see on knot -tying. If you want to switch that to some forgotten skill later on, remember it.



Looked up daze. Its fine.



No skill is needed for elevators unless its for moving heavy things, and that's freight handling, which you have. I don't know that automobile is exactly what you want for a fork-lift, but we both know what its for, so it will work.

Should we expect to receive any additional character points in play, or is that unlikely given the time span of the mission?
