Defenses Vs. Runaround Attack
If an opponent runs around to your rear hex, can you block or parry, or only dodge?

Treat runaround attacks as side attacks. To block, which would be at -2, the attacker must have ran from the shield side. If they came from the weapon side then you cannot use the shield to block unless you have the double-jointed advantage. To parry, which would be at -2, the attacker must have ran from the weapon side. If they came from the shield side then you cannot use the weapon to parry unless you have the double-jointed advantage. |

Re: Defenses Vs. Runaround Attack
It does though. Side attacks mention how to handle attacks from either side (weapon and shield sides) and run around tells you to treat the attack as a side attack. Which side? the side they ran around from.
