A thing that I've been thinking about that might become a timeline entry (or more than one), an article, or both: Large-enough vessels on Earth 5 tend to have a shrine to the ship's spirit/nymph/whatever (and there might be a tradition on Earth-2 of including prayers to the ship's 'guardian angel' among the chaplain's duties, even if that's not strictly correct to official church doctrine), and due to contact with the embassy from Arthur's Court, the Royal Navy has begun experimenting with something similar on several ships (possibly some of the shrines were designed by WH40K fans, but certainly not all of them), and eventually releases a report showing that it appears to work fairly well. This results in other services trying it, and services in other countries. Currently thinking that the USN version has some sort of convoluted military euphemism, and I'm wondering if anyone has suggestions, or other thoughts on this idea?

This looks interesting, but it's hard to follow.
Is there an overview up online somewhere?
