I'd add slow-firing, low-velocity weapons. While they would pulverize a Sabre if they hit, their chance of hitting was impaired by these characteristics.

Anthony G. Williams, in his book "Rapid Fire," discusses these issues. He also makes a good case that Soviet/Russian air cannon since then are underrated.
