No, it doesn't. The card says that if there are NO other monsters in the fight, you can take the treasure. (I just noticed this myself while working on the FAQ revision -- which, btw, is in Steve's hands for final comments.)

i dont know polymorph is a great mess up card for taking away the win that is wat makes it more powerful at least in my mind
