Default Choke Hold

Choke Hold "On your next turn – and on each turn thereafter, until your prey breaks free – you may apply pressure to your victim’s carotid arteries to subdue him or to his trachea to choke him. This counts as an attack. "

re This counts as an attack: does that mean you can "option" it? As in All Out Strong, Determined or Rapid Strike, or Move and Attack...

Technique Defaults: "appropriate weapon skill". Am I right in saying if you want to use Brawling that'd be: Perk - Skill Adaptation (Brawling for Choke Holds) [1]?

Probably. I'd have Strong give a bonus in the Quick Contest for doing damage and Determined give you a bonus to prevent the enemy from Breaking Free. Double and Rapid Strike would probably be legal, but I'd only allow one Choke Hold per round (meaning additional attacks need to be spent doing other stuff, like kicking). Move and Attack is only possible if you have sufficient ST to drag the target along with you.

That's probably fair.
