Trying to build a game based on Dragonball (Need some Suggestions Please)

Alright, thanks for your input so far. And I still welcome anymore suggestions. But I will try to find the suggested books and up my starting points for my players. I'll keep coming back here if I get stuck with any problems or just to let you guys know if I'm doing alright now.
