Exactly, the books wich got a 4e Version so far where way more then old texts with updated crunch and they appeal to a lot more poeple because even if you happen to own the 3E book, you know you get new stuff for your money too. And to give you an idea of what such an update might cost, take a look at the Changing Times pdf, that updates Transhuman Space, they charge 10$ for that and i wouldnt buy an old 3E pdf with updates if its price would be doubled.
