Just an idea I could use some help with...

Even in a campaign like mine (where new Archangels/Princes sometimes take over old Words), I could see chaos breaking out at the thought of Eli creating a "successor to Beleth" from scratch. If the original Redeemed, what would happen to the successor? Only the brightest campaign settings, where "hostility" in Heaven just means "vocal disagreement on the Council", would restrain "old Beleth" from shocking her rival into backing off. (And even my Heaven isn't that bright! :-) )
