[DF] - Party wealth disparity

My group decided that Wealth disparity was too complicated to handle, and decide to strip the advantages and disadvantages to just the ability to buy or sell stuff in Town. Then we had to reprice them. Here's the house rules we're using, which seem to work reasonably well:

I think Bruno is planning to adapt them, or something similar, for her next campaign.
