Any help would be appreciated.
One source of adventures you may want to consider are the ones for previous versions of GURPS. For traditional medieval fantasy, there are four (Lost Inherdance, Morgan's Little Finger, Salud Fire Drill, Warriors of the Purple Rage*) 3rd Edition adventures and one (Orcslayer) 1st Edition available at e23. A number of people can give you pointers for converting them to 4th Edition.

* These titles are not quite right, but they are what I can sort of remember without looking.

Fighters of the Purple Rage (a classic pun!) and Sahudese Fire Drill are the ones I remember clearly. I think the others were Mordat's Little Finger and Lost Inheritance. All of them are pretty good quality adventures, though SFD is explicitly comic fantasy and requires a certain silliness on the part of the GM and the players to do well.
