Player 1 is facing a Bat but is losing, asks and gets help from player 2, they are now winning. Player 3 plays a monster enhancer, they are now losing. Player 2 now invokes Bat Bat and kills the single bat. Who gets the level and treasure? As per the original agreement or does it go to Player 2. My interpretation is that it goes to the owner of Bat Bat - player 2 but others in the game had a different view.

Quote:
If Player 2 wants the treasure for making the Bat disappear, he is free to attempt to negotiate that with Player 1 before using the Bat Bat. As far as the level, in general cards that make a monster disappear do not grant a level (I don't have a copy of Bat Bat to confirm). If there is a level gained, it must go to Player 1 as the owner of the combat. It is non-negotiable. The only exception would be if the card that makes the monster disappear specifically says that the user gets the level regardless of whose combat it is. Bat Bat SPECIFICALLY says the monster is killed, so player 1 would indeed get a level.

bonetm is correct. Levels from a fight always go to the main combatant unless a card explicitly gives them to someone else.

...such as the Elf Race's ability, which grants you a Level if you help someone else in battle.
