The robots aren't actively searching for Humans are they? Just refusing orders from those they don't regard as "Human"?
How about Slave Mentality (Species Specific, -20%) [-32]. They'll obey orders, slavishly (like a djinni) but only if the order is given by a Human. If necessary, Per based reaction check.
