[DF]Endurance Item Formula

In DF8 there is a new type of item, similar to Power Items, the Endurance Item. This is an awesome item for the campaigns I'm playing in and running right now, but I'd like to create my own versions of the same items. Does anyone here know the formula that would be used to calculate the FP values of those items?

Exactly the same as for a Power Item. It says as such in the first sentance.

Except that none of the items listed after that use the Power Item progression.
