Well, they're not killers -- but at the same time, there's nothing to stop them from being as destructive as any other Hothead. Esepcially since 1) Their natural charm can get them close to more vulnerable targets and 2) their Essence-stealing works exceptionally well in the presence of flame, giving them an extra incentive toward arson and major explosions. So while Belial would have fewer Takers than some Princes, he's still got a use for them.
As for what they're good for: 1) As mentioned above, charming their way into targets that need to burn, but that a Calabite might have trouble getting close to. 2) Persuading humans to accomplish an act of destruction themselves, thus keeping things Symphonically silent. (By comparison, a Shedite could make a human do something, but not without noise) 3) Intelligence work, of course: identifying targets and the best way to get at them. Even Calabim and Djinn work more efficiently with good information. 4) Batteries! If an Impudite is part of a team that's just set something on fire and any mortals are around, the Impudite can regain Essence really quick ... and possibly share that Essence with a teammate in trouble. (Unlike many in Hell, there's even an incentive to do so; if a plan goes wrong in a way that endangers the team, everyone faces potential dissonance.) 5) Cleanup! Once an act of destruction has been accomplished, an Impudite can stay behind and put the right "spin" on it for witnesses or authorities .... especially since that supernatural Charm of his is so much more effective with the flames burning nearby.
