Desensitised: Pick a category of shocks that cause Fright Checks. You ignore the Rule of 14 for Fright Checks related to that category.
Categories should be quite broad, such as violence, the supernatural, etc.
This is essentially a specific but more potent version of the Rule of 15 Perk.

Universal Drunk: No matter what country or planet that you go to you always have just enough of the right currency on you to get a drink at the nearest bar or what have you. This only functions the first time that you go to a new place but should be used like a gizmo(Hey, didn't they take your wallet?), its not on you till you need/wan't to use it.

Rage Mastery: +1 to will for the purposes of deliberately triggering the Berserk disadvantage.

(Because, let's face it, it's Immunity to Stunning, HTK 4 and HPT - about sixty points worth of advantages - free with a -15 point disadvantage, with the pesky little limitation that you have to All Out Attack every turn.)

That 'pesky little limitation' has gotten multiple characters I've seen crippled in really messy ways.

It stops being fun when the thug makes a Telegraphic All Out attack (determined) attack to your eye with his knife (net -1 to hit)
A baseball bat to the skull isn't fun either unless you've brought a helmet with you.

Not being allowed to dodge is seriously crippling.
I've seen numerous PCs and NPCs go out making non-strategic All out Attacks.

Nope, it only applies to Defaults. More like a variation of Dabbler.

I can't see it being useful in a combat situation. People's minds are already occupied.
