Good stuff.

Why do you want me using a gun with an inherent (3) armor-divisor on a pressurized ship, and, if I remember correctly, the main reason (and the only one you should need) for a Gyroc long-arm is, unlike the pistol, it uses a clip and doesn't take 6-10 seconds (I forget specifically) to reload one shot, if I remember the book correctly. If I misquoted that info I'll correct this.

Well, the thing is that a long-arm in close-quarters is gonna cost me, and a pistol in open-range, even at a High TL, isn't going to do me much good if my GM doesn't load down my gun skill. I'd need both, and if they're gonna be used in different situations I should vary the ammunition, no? Especially since the pistol would be loaded to not over-penetrate and the shotgun/rifle/whatever wouldn't need such a reservation.

Good thing, since I can just wear it as clothing if I remember correctly. Is there anything that I can apply to stack more damage, though if someone were to go berserk with an industrial tool? Say another 6 DR?

See, I HAVE UT. But my GM's making my character for me because he doesn't want me going nuts with Hyper-Dense this, Monowire that and Combat Suit the other thing. I can't just go through it, I need justifiable gear to run past him, which is why I posted here; if anything you guys won't suggest JUST mega-weapons, you'll give me practical items I can mix mega-weapons in WITH.
